FLORIDA WEATHER
We are not called the sunshine state for nothing Florida typically enjoys superb weather the whole year round. Our rainy season extends from June to September and is also known for its short daily rainfalls typically in the mid to late afternoon.
CAPACITY OF THE VILLA
The villa will take 8 people easily, but there is a double sleeper in the front sitting area, and a double sleeper on the landing area upstairs.
SMOKING
For reasons of health and safety we ask you not to smoke in the villa.
ATTRACTIONS
The villa is only 10 mins from Disney World. Sea World is 20mins away, and Universal 25 mins away. This is one of the major reasons that this is such a popular area. Children can be home and tucked up in bed in a few short minutes.
NO NEED TO PACK TOWELS
The villa is equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels, everything is there for you.
CHILDREN
The villa is well equipped for small children, with an alarm on the back patio doors to the swimming pool.
POOL HEAT
Pool heat can be turned on for an additional cost. You may find however that in the hotter months this will be needed.
RESTAURANTS
There is a wealth of restaurants on Highway 192 minutes away.
MEDICAL
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a 24 hour pharmacy at Walgreens and a drop in Medical Centre minutes away.
SERVICES
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended weekly.
